XJS-T12 is a high-speed automatic on-line Mounter with brand-new hardware and software system, which comprehensively solves the requirements for high speed and precision of mounting. The core components are purchased and imported with original packaging, which has higher precision and better stability, improves production efficiency and yield, and greatly reduces customer costs. At present, it is in Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Jiangsu Zhejiang has been widely used in customer factories.

• 全自動(dòng)在線式設(shè)計(jì),可放24種飛達(dá)，配套高清相機(jī)
• X軸、Y軸都采用高精度的進(jìn)口精密絲桿，提高設(shè)備運(yùn)行精度及傳運(yùn)速度；
• MARK視覺(jué)校正系統(tǒng)，對(duì)PCB板位置拍照識(shí)別，確保貼片精度。
• 貼片頭Z軸采用12組進(jìn)口花鍵，高效完成取料、放料；
• 功能強(qiáng)大：配置不同的喂料器，可完成多種產(chǎn)品的貼裝要求。
• 操作簡(jiǎn)單：中文圖形操作界面，易于操作。編程簡(jiǎn)潔,可儲(chǔ)存編輯好文件,隨意調(diào)用；
• 維護(hù)方便：設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)潔，易于維護(hù)。更換配件成本低,維護(hù)成本低。
